Narrative Structures is a group exhibition exploring ways contemporary photographers have reconstructed the book form, be that appropriation, manipulation or construction of a photographic narrative. The works are displayed on commissioned sculptural pieces constructed by artists Alex Homans and Hannah Satchwell. The gallery also showcases printed works by: David Penny, Lindsay Seers and Ofer Wolberger. These works look into the notion of the photograph being exhibited as an object and the photographic narrative consequently created. 

 

The show is curated by Claire Reece in conjunction with a Masters in Contemporary Curatorial Practice at Birmingham City University.
